Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SAHAJA YATRA VENTURES LLP, we understand that plans can sometimes change. This policy details our procedures for cancellations and refunds to ensure a clear and fair process for all our guests.

1. Cancellation by the Guest

To provide the best service and accommodate all our guests, we adhere to the following cancellation timeline:

  • More than 24 hours before departure: If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled cruise departure, you are eligible for a full refund of your booking amount.
  • Within 24 hours of departure: If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, you will not be eligible for a refund. This is because we have limited seating and your booking may have prevented other guests from joining.

2. Cancellation by SAHAJA YATRA VENTURES LLP

In the rare and unlikely event that we need to cancel a cruise due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or mechanical issues, we will provide you with the following options:

  • A full refund of your booking amount.
  • The option to reschedule your booking for an alternative cruise date, subject to availability.

3. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

4. How to Initiate a Cancellation

To cancel your booking, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. You will need to provide your booking reference number and other relevant details. Our team will guide you through the process.
